the room was tiny, but really all you need if you're on a budget. bed, pillow, blankets were great. I would have appreciated a water cooler, fountain on my floor. The bathroom and showers were dark and uninviting.

Interesting concept! The mini room was comfortable for one night and everything was clean and cute but I wouldn’t have spent longer than that. My cabin was very close to the bathroom and the noise of the heavy door during the night was the worst part of my stay.

A cute place to stay if you are good with a small space and are on a budget. I’m also short so I felt cozy in my bed. If you’re taller, you may not fit as well in the beds.

Great location and style, but some growing pains. Now Now is a good choice for solo travelers who want a well-designed hotel in a prime location. The aesthetic is great and the vibe is modern and clean. However, there are some things that need improvement. I only received housekeeping 3 out of 8 days, even though daily towel service and sheet changes every 3 days were promised. The acoustic baffles help, but loud door locking mechanisms and shared bathroom layouts make noise an issue, especially in the south wing. Unlike the north wing, there is no separation of the bathroom/shower/sink from guest rooms and you will hear them in use. IMO the south wing rooms should be offered at a discount since they are noisy, fewer amenities, and less desirable. There are more showers/bathrooms in the basement, but you have to go downstairs and through the lobby to use them. That is also the only location to use the Dyson hairdryer if you stay on the south wing. Additionally, the shower rooms are big and stylish but the shower heads are small and low-flow water efficient so I was often cold taking a shower. I was grateful for the provided robe. I do wish they offered social elements like bar hopping, meetups, etc. kinda like a hostel to meet fellow solo travelers. They also charge for locker use to store items upon checkout which was disappointing. Overall, a solid place to stay and I would stay again but wouldn’t pay over $120 nightly for the cozy sleeper cabin.

Now Now NoHo has an unbeatable location, with easy access to several subway lines and plenty of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are clean, and the customer service is very attentive. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are quite small, but if you don't need a lot of space, it's not really an issue. The only real downside was the noise, the constant opening and closing of doors can be a bit annoying, especially at night.

I enjoyed my stay here although I’m on the taller end and the length of the beds are only 74” so maybe not the best place for a very tall person. The housekeeping staff worked very hard to keep the floor clean and the bathrooms and shower were in great working conditions. With the open-ceiling concept you will hear all the noise occurring on the floor but if you are okay with earplugs or even sleeping in headphones then it will drown out the noise but you will definitely hear the opening and closing of doors all night long. Also the website mentions a lounge area with a bulletin board with activities. This area is in the basement not in a high traffic area so it didn’t seem to be in use very often and I didn’t notice any planned activities. Still, if you don’t want to pay outrageous Manhattan hotel prices and you’re okay with a comfortable capsule with a very clean restroom down the hall and can sleep through some nighttime noise- you’ll love this property.

Place was very clean and staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms are tiny so prepare to live compact for your stay. Earplugs and eye mask recommended for sleeping as you can hear neighbours and housekeeping. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. I stayed on the women’s floor and loved that extra feeling of safety as a solo traveller. Loved this place and would definitely come back!
