This hotel’s location is very convenient for us and it is clean, quiet for sleeping and an easy walk from the train station. (Gran Central)The best part of staying here is talking with Joey. He is so friendly and welcoming and the reason we will continue to stay here when we visit NYC. We already have another visit planned next month and look forward to seeing him again when we check in.

The check in staff and security were friendly and very helpful. The cookery next door was a 24 hours combo of mini market and buffet. At the end of the block is Time Square. It was very inconvenient not to have a coffee maker in the room. The room size and table were great. The thing that looked very tacky was a handwritten envelope asking for tips for housekeeping. I took a photo of this, but there’s no place for me to enter it.

This is a little gem right next to Times Square. Our room was on the 8th floor at the rear of the property, it was spacious with a table and chairs, and very quiet all the time, including overnight. A comfortable bed and the shower was great, also the room was cleaned daily. There is a great deli next door with a large selection and very reasonable prices.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was convenient. Would be nice if there was a morning coffee bar. Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. I did wipe a small spill on the floor the and saw that the floor was quite dirty. I do like that it is a hard surface as opposed to carpet. Would recommend a wet mop of some sort more often of the floor.
