Good for Solo Travel, But a Few Let DownsEasy subway access and tons of food options right outside the door. The apartment was clean and the main bed was really comfortable. A couple things bugged me though. The kitchen is a big selling point in the listing and honestly the whole reason I picked this over a hotel, but there were no pots or pans. Kind of defeats the purpose.Had a friend stay for a few nights on the pull out couch and she said it was really uncomfortable. So I'd say this place is best suited for one person. The building is pretty rough. There's trash in the entryway and the hallways get hotter and stuffier the higher up you go. The host does mention in the listing that the building is older and worn down, so it's not like it's hidden, but it's still a bit of a shock walking in for the first time.Bottom line, if you're traveling solo and not planning to cook, it's a decent spot in a good location. Just know what you're walking into with the building.
