Trip for my son’s 21st birthday. We had a king room with a pull out couch there were 3 adults. It was tight but worked for a landing spot each night. Felt safe minus a few instances near the hotel at night. The surrounding area towards time square always felt safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Booked us a transfer back to airport. It was crowded but worked. All in all we’d probably find something a little closer to Times Square next time, but overall our stay was nice.

The lobby was too crowded and too loud (guests and music). The gym was horrible and smelled. The elevators were grimy. The best part was the actual room. It was functional, but I would not stay there again.

Oh my goodness! What can I say about the wonderful Vincent and his amazing staff. Incredible service— going way above and beyond. So polite. So helpful. So sincerely nice. A problem with the room’s AC? They immediately fixed it. Need a ride? They called one for us. Where to buy bagels? Here’s my favorite place. The location is fantastic. Rooms are generous and clean. And they serve breakfast with a smile! I will stay here again!!

for the price we paid, room was very small and cramped. bathroom not ideal to the layout and it was also very small. maids were not informed to our preferred time for room clean up. so much confusion they knocked on our door twice in the 3 days we were there!

The location is great and the breakfast is good. You can walk to Times Square, but it is far enough away to be quiet. The rooms are small, but similar to New York hotels in this price range.

Nice hotel, almost 6 months ago I prepaid for 4 rooms, requested for the rooms to be on one floor next to each other/ at arrival that was not possible. In one of the rooms ironing table was broken.

My only complaint is that the elevators are way too slow for the amount of people that stay at the hotel. Rooms are small but it’s expected from a hotel in NY. Breakfast could use more options, but the options they have are good. The lobby has two bathrooms (one of which was closed), which caused a bit of a tiff within my first 10 minutes of being at the hotel. Aside from the negatives, the employees were very friendly and always at your service.

This was a mixed bag. The good: The property is in a great location and the entire Times Square area is walkable from it. It also has great subway access right around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping is a nice plus as well. The bad: We booked a room for five people that should never have been advertised as such. With the two double (not queen) beds and the pullout there was barely room for luggage and no space to move about the room. There was also no storage for clothes or toiletries so we were crammed into a small room and had to live out of suitcases that were hard to access due to the lack of space. The bathroom was also smaller than a small closet (another challenge with 5 people in the room). All of this could have been avoided if the room had not been marketed as accommodating 5 people. That set expectations that could not be met. On whole the property was fine but being told five people could be in a room that clearly could not handle that many was disappointing and will have me looking elsewhere the next time we visit NYC.

Staff was super friendly. Great location close to everything. Room was tight but that’s NYC i guess. The hotel was noisy, guests were loud, people were smoking inside the rooms and smoke spread through the AC vents. Free breakfast but nothing to wake up early for wasn’t good.

Very hospitable, professional and friendly staff as well as attentive to the guests needs. Initially the room assigned had trouble with the AC, but guest services reassigned me. The buffet style breakfast is SUPERB. Just wished the elevator service was managed a little better.
