The hotel was nice and clean. The staff very friendly and kind. The breakfast was terrible it’ need to be more traditional breakfast not all Korean style need more variety for cultures. The bar should open traditional hours like 4- 7pm. The hours 6pm is too late. They need to improve on that breakfast it’s not acceptable.

Liked that breakfast was included and offered more variety than last time. Especially liked the salad, grape tomatoes and olives. Mashed potato and sausage also were a good addition to the cereal, toast, bagels, yogurt and fruit. Really like that the Keurig machines are available all day for coffee. It would be nice if the bathrooms had hooks behind the door.

I really liked the convenience of the breakfast area. Thank you for daily salad and fruit. Plain yogurt with berries would have been a great healthy option compared to flavored yogurt. Appreciate tea and coffee available till bc 6 pm.

Good location for exploring

Good location for first timers to NYC, with only being a couple of blocks away from Empire State Building. Staff very pleasant and good to have small breakfast options offered. Loud noise at 5:40am most mornings woke us up on 10th floor (maybe roadworks) so take ear plugs.

Basic 3 star with rooms that need updating

Hotel is in middle of Koreatown, 5 mins from Macys and 15mins walk to Rockefeller. Hotel is ok but very tired. No natural light in bedroom windows (7th floor) and bathroom needed updating. Large fridge but no coffee facilities in the bedroom. Cafe / bar area offer free coffee until 6pm. Breakfast is self-service, basic but ok and available from 6.30am. One lift which gets very busy at peak times. Reception staff very welcoming. I made 3 separate bookings and had intended to use again every 2 months for business purposes but hotel refused to offer a partial refund on a late cancellation due to Heathrow closure, so I won't use again.

Very enjoyable

Great location, and everyone was nice. Beds were actually comfortable. I don’t usually sleep well out my own but these where comfy. Rooms were quiet and clean with a nice bathroom. My only gripe would be there was only one elevator.

Great location and a comfortable room. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. Initial reaction during check in wasn't the best because pregnant staff member wasn't very welcoming. She spoke very low and was short in her words. Later during my stay, I did have an issue with plumbing in our room. Staff was great about moving us to another room because issue kept happening. I appreciated that and would stay with them again in the future due to location of subway, food options and shopping nearby.

Great location, especially if you’re arriving to Penn Station, which is a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff – was able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Comfortable queen bed and decent sized room; view overlooked busy K-town area. Subway stops close by, plus very walkable to main tourist areas in Midtown. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a quick and convenient getaway in Manhattan. Great staff, room was clean and spacious. Only complaint is that we could hear a lot of street noise, but that's not the hotels fault. Breakfast is included. It's not great, but sufficient in getting your day started.

This hotel was a great value. It had a walk-in closet and a refrigerator and was very spacious. It was very walkable to everything we wanted to do in New York City, which included Broadway, Central Park, St. Patrick’s, Cathedral, high line, and art museums. And don’t forget the breakfast, which wasn’t anything special, but it was nice to have an area to drink coffee and eat a bagel that you could get from a block away.

Excellent stay in a classic hotel.

Had a great stay for an extended weekend. A great location near Herald Square, Macy's, and the Empire State Building. Several good restaurants in the area, Booked a twin room with a shared bath, and was upgraded to a suite with 2 queen beds and ensuite bath. I was very pleased. My room was on the 4th floor, of a 10 (?) story hotel, and is an older building but definitely remodeled and updated. However it took a long time for shower water to get hot. But be patient, once the hot water starts, it is definitely HOT!

As a first time solo traveler to NYC, this hotel was perfect! The location is walkable to several major attractions, the hotel offers free luggage storage, free breakfast and coupons to nearby restaurants! The hotel is really lovely and has a cool, unique vibe. The room was comfy and the staff friendly and helpful!
