This room was very small and basic with no amenities for over $300/night. Florescent lights, loud clanging air conditioner, basic pillows and bed, no pictures on the wall. Not at all what I was expecting from the pictures online. I guess you are paying for the location, which is in Times Square, so close to a lot. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I have stayed here before. It is convenient to Times Square and within walking distance of other NYC attractions. The staff is super friendly and it is clean. There is nothing elaborate about the room, but that is probably why it is reasonably priced. My only issue was the air in the room was not very good. The unit was not producing cold air, therefore it was very humid in our room.

Will never stay here again.

I can't believe how many reviews I read that rated this as superb or wonderful. It was terrible. There was no central AC. No coffee maker, crunchy towels, blinds did not work. We had no hot water in our room for showers until maintenance came.

The facility lost water around 4pm there waa none for the rest of the night. When it came back on the was no hot water for the rest of the day. Checked on the next morning. Facility is fine, the staff is very friendly. I dont think the loss of water or lack of hot water is common there.

Our room was basic - nothing special at all. Unfortunately the room was in the front so it was quite noisy. The city decided to do roadwork on our last night so there was major road work all through the night. The room was reasonably clean cosidering the age of the hotel. Despite the room, the hotel is located within waking distance to Times Square, all Broadway theatres, Empire State Building and Rockefeller Plaza.

Our entire hotel had no water for about 24hrs, it was 98° and we couldn’t take a shower or flush the toilet, the staff friendly but didn’t have the foresight to hand out bottle water r to their guest so we could brush our teeth and wash our hands, they said they are give refunds for one day but I’m not holding my breath on that

The hotel is older, but clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. All the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. My only wish is that they offered coffee!
