Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff

This was my 2nd time staying at the property. The location is close walk to trains (R,W,1,4,5) & buses & the Staten Island ferry. Downtown neighborhood feels pretty safe and is close to Wall Street, south street seaport, World Trade Center, LES and downtown BK. The staff were nice but I’d like to highlight Kay and Fasi (may have misspelled his name) they were extremely pleasant & helpful when I had an issue with my room. The check in was smooth but I had to change rooms and Kay and Fasi made sure my request was honored and in timely manner. Both rooms were clean and the bed was so cozy and the view from the room was spectacular. Didn’t get to eat or drink this time around but I will def be back to stay at this hotel.

Great Location in the Financial District

I stayed here with my wife and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the heart of the Financial District, directly across from the Staten Island Ferry, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The subway is also just across the street, making it easy to get around the city. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a restful stay.

Hotel was located in the heart of the financial district, we had a view of the east river and Staten Island ferry, and there are multiple subway stations in the vicinity to get around NYC. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, the hotels WiFi is fast enough to keep you connected but maybe not for streaming. For downtime the hotel seems to have spectrum cable. Overall I’d recommend this hotel, great location and friendly staff.

This hotel is fantastic, conveniently located right across from the Staten Island Ferry and the Subway Line 1. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it stays quiet at night. It's also within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge and the 9/11 Museum. I was pleasantly surprised to find that housekeeping came in daily, as I had expected service every other day or only upon request.

Nice hotel and very good location

Very good location, nice staff, very nice room and comfortable bed. It would be better if they didnt charge 3$ per small bottle of water for the room. For the amount of room charge and being a Hilton they should offer a complimentary bottle per person per room for every day of stay. Other hotels like the Marrior Courtyard hotels do this for sure.
