This is the second time I’ve stayed here in 6 months. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious for NYC. The area is fabulous - I love this part of the city.

Loved our stay. Although the room cost for the extra sofa bed should have meant the room was a little bigger than it turned out to be. Says ok for sleeping 3 adults but the sofa bed wasn’t appropriate for an adult. Shame brekkie wasn’t included in the cost and they tried to add extras for using the pool and gym but we appreciated them being taken off the final bill given the already high cost for the hotel.

It is in an amazing position. All the staff were incredible (doormen, bar, restaurant and cleaning) The reception desk definitely needs more knowledge of the area a proper concierge would have been brilliant. The housekeeping also found my daughters nightie top and kept me up to date with emails I thought this was above and beyond
