Decent hotel, nice and clean the staff was really nice and professional unlike other NYC hotels. David in he front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was also nice to get a quick bite and enjoy a drink overseeing the city .

The gentleman with glasses greeted us by name and was very respectful. He accommodated what we asked for. This was our second trip to NYC at this hotel. The culture has definitely improved at this location! Our only gripe was the rooftop bar closing at 11. Sometimes 10:30. If patrons are a concern make it hotel guest only, it was unfortunate because our first go around in 2023 we enjoyed the views and the bar.

We arrived late & tired but desk staff, especially Crystal, made us feel welcome with a friendly, courteous, uplifting attitude. We appreciated it so much after a long day of travel. Room was small but very comfortable & clean like the entire hotel. Proximity to Penn Station is why wee chose it.
