The available dinner menu was incomplete with items we could not order. The bar was incomplete with drinks we could not get. Parking was excessively priced and the garage was made for tiny vehicles. The entry corner was very tight and the spaces were so small I had to leave my vehicle in the lane to get luggage from the back hatch.

The hotel is very clean, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The EV charger in the parking garage made charging really convenient! I will stay here again when I visit Nashville.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Nashville Vanderbilt. The hotel was clean, inviting, and offered excellent value—especially compared to other nearby options. The room decor was modern and well-kept, and we appreciated the variety of room layouts available. Service was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was better than expected. The hotel bar had a lively vibe, making it a nice option for an evening drink. Parking was just okay; while there is a garage, we wish there were more handicap spaces—only three were available on the first level and they were a bit hard to secure. Location-wise, it was ideal. Quick and cheap Uber rides to downtown, but without the downtown prices. Plus, there are several great dining spots within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean quote hotel with good food close by

Was over charged $40 in weird taxes. Pointed it out and they said they would fix. This took a bit of time and I was told they would take one night of parking off for the 20 min delay and then I was told they wouldn’t. Stay was comfortable ( pillows could have been softer). Breakfast was good ( could have been hotter) Would stay again

We had an enjoyable stay. Everybody was extraordinarily friendly. The only thing I was a tad bit, disappointed about is them not coming in daily to restock coffee, clean glasses other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.
