Excellent, spacious room with a well-stocked kitchen and a clean, user-friendly bathroom/shower. Lots of electrical outlets, well-functioning Internet. The only item on my wish list would have been an electric kettle (though I was able to heat the water in a pot to make tea). Extremely friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Loved it in every way.

The receptionist was very rude. I am a military veteran and she was very rude when I asked about military discount. She then stated she needed a credit card for file, I calmly asked if the one booked would work and she, with a disturbing tone told me NO, I need a different credit card. Service was terrible

Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and helpful. Tony and Jay were simply the best at shuttling us around town for the weekend, even when we didn’t know a gate number or street address. These guys rock! We will definitely be staying here the next time we return.

Nice hotel, convenient location, only complaint was front desk staff was unfriendly, no greeting, no info, just checked in and handed me the room card, no “ enjoy your stay… just put a robot at the desk, it would likely have more personality

Everything was great. Room was spacious and kitchen was well supplied. Stayed after a long day at the hospital for outpatient surgery on a family member. Everyone was great and when front desk clerk saw that I had a patient with me and my mother using a cane, she switched us to a room next to the elevator. Very accommodating by observation. Breakfasts was great and kept stocked. Would highly recommend them for your next stay.

This was in very quiet area of Nashville. The staff and support crew were very helpful and friendly. Except for one person at the front desk who was”initially” rude when we arrived. I wish there were a few more amenities. Floor mats in bathroom. The breakfast hours posted on the Hilton website. Clock in living room area. A better welcome packet!
