It was wonderful—a breath of fresh air, really. The check-in was flawless, and the crew/staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet! I was not informed that the airport service was not 24 hours and that you had to reserve a spot beginning at 4:55. I had a 6:00 a.m. flight and was hoping to get to the airport at 4. Had I not called the front desk to inquire, I would not have made it to the airport.

I loved the fact that I had a small balcony, sofa, and refrigerator. I microwave would have been helpful as well though. Please supply more condiments for the coffee in the room, each packet had 1 sugar, 1 creamer, and 1 sweet & low. Most people would use more of at least of those

Construction happening in the parking lot blocking entrance and exit the whole weekend, received $20 charge to my card for daily parking fee that I was not told about. Crazy to charge to park in the parking lot of the hotel I paid to stay in… all after they didn’t give the room we booked (king), was given two double beds.
