Unprofessional / Very Uncomfortable
Was uncomfortable from the time we checked in. The girl at the desk had the info for our stay. Asked for my ID and my card for payment. I told her I received emails verifying that payment was made. I had to show her where the payment came out of my account. People would walk around the building by the patio and stare and turn around and walk back while dialing their phone. This made us feel uncomfortable as though we were being watched the entire time we were there. I kept getting texts telling me how many days remained in our stay. She told me not to touch the locks on the inside of the main door because they would reset. Reset?? That meant we could not lock the deadbolt. I did out of habit and the locks were fine. The paperwork I received had contradicting information as to the rules etc. Though we loved being on the ground floor I will not stay in another place there that is rented by Palmetto. I have stayed in several of the condos in that golf community and always felt very comfortable. Not this one. I’ll be surprised if this review even gets posted.
