This beautifully appointed 1,100 square foot ocean-front condo is the perfect getaway for you and your family this Winter. This 9th floor residence is exquisitely furnished and features a large open living space with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Foodies will love the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets in the recently renovated kitchen. The kitchen area also includes an alcove with full size washer and dryer for your ultimate convenience.
There is a large Master bedroom suite with modern furnishings and a king size bed and large screen HDTV. . The master suite also features a fully renovated bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The second full bathroom is located in the entertainment alcove that can be converted into a guest sleeping area or kept open for more living space. Another television and complete stereo system are housed in the alcove.
