They don't care about their customers at all, there was a fire during my stay and I was never asked if I needed medical attention. The staff handling things after the fire were rude and dismissive. My trip was basically ruined and they took no responsibility. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The hotel is under construction and the room wasn’t in the best shape. The bathroom wasn’t in good shape at all ceiling was pealing. The air conditioner in room was extremely loud and I couldn’t sleep

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with hospitality. The hotel was beautiful. A lot of renovations underway, but it was very inconspicuous. Food was on the expensive side. I spent more on food than ai did the hotel. But everything was wonderful.

Llegamos el sabado, desde q llegamos el aire d la habitacion no servia , mandaron un tecnico y fue x gusto nunca enfrio antes d acostarme fui y lo volvi a informar yo estaba en el cuarto 329 , me dieron la llave del 705 y fue lo mismo ,mandaron otro tecnico para la 329 y nada , les dije q asi no podiamos dormir y me dineron q estaban sold out q no podian acr nada hasta el.otro dia , a las 4:15 am los llame y les informe q no podiamos dormir y me dijeron q nada podian acr q hasta el.otro dia no podian acr nada , y todo fue x gusto al otro dia kerian volver a mandar otro tecnico xk dicen q el problema es en todo el hotel ,al final nos fuimos un dia antes xk ahi no hay kien duerma

The hotel lobby and the pool are beautiful, the access to the beach and is also very convenient. We rented 7 rooms for Mother’s Day weekend for our whole family. 5 out of 7 rooms the ac was broken, one of the rooms was extremely filthy to the point where I asked for a mop, broom and vacuum to clean it myself. I had 2 towels for a room that fits 5 people. This hotel is really not worth what is being charged. Maybe after it remodeled that it would be worth it but as of right now it’s not worth it no more than $99 a night.

I’ve been here several times and now with the renovations things have changed a lot . Room and balcony expectations were not how we expected . Before renovations the rooms looked way better and more spacious.
