This property is not prepared for guests yet. There is no reason to charge a resort fee for a “resort” with absolutely no amenities. There is only a cafe that has 10$ coffees and a few pre made fast food options. No matter how many people you are, you only are allowed two beach chairs. The menu on the website is the small menu at the pier restaurant, the property itself does not have a restaurant. Staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Have multiple charges on my credit card that make no sense. This place has a long way to go. Not to mention, the noise of construction is very annoying. This place should figure it all out, close, and open again when it’s ready.

From the time we got there it was disappointing when we got to our room bed wasn’t made shower had hairs on the wall and floor and the tile looked like someone put out a couple of cigarettes against the tile on the wall so i wiped it all clean before I could shower went downstairs to explain they said they were sending someone up but didn’t happen until the next day in late afternoon 😡 someone had spit some nasty greenish thick stuff on the wall and it was next to the bed again late in the afternoon they came to wipe it off ! This all after I had gone downstairs to tell them again that morning and specifically told the gentleman at front desk that my wife and I were going to be in the room waiting for a couple of hours and would appreciate it if they would come while we were there! Again waited 2-1/2 hours and no one showed so late in the afternoon I got a text message tgat they were at my room but I had the do not disturb sign on the door! I told them go ahead and go in either way ! We went back tup to shower after five pm that’s when they knocked on the door 😡 then they told me they were going to adjust my price for the room by 50 dollars big deal that same night we opened the bed and pulled the sheets and the mattress protector had blood and poop stains on it so we got grossed out and I called again for someone to come and change it out very very disappointed 😡!

Everything was beautiful. I have been here before and it is so much better than the first time I came here. The only issue we had was the walls seem so thin. We heard our neighbors all night and it was frustrating trying to sleep. It was as if they were in our room with us. That’s how clear we could hear them. Other than that what an amazing place to stay for a getaway. I will def stay there again. The hospitality and cleanliness was amazing.

Property was beautiful. The only thing missing was a sit down breakfast place or the ability to order room service. The pool bar was great, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and views gorgeous!

Bathroom had crumbs in the floor and toothpaste on the shower wall, big orange stain on the carpet. Booked a one bedroom suite which was super small. Basically the size of a regular hotel room somewhere else but split in half to make it “a suite” which just made it even more cramped. Would be better to just have a large sitting area minus the wall of the bedroom. Fridge was randomly on the floor in the sitting room. Bar is located outside so annoying to have to go out there vs lobby to get a drink. Snack shop closed early which is also annoying because you can’t get anything to snack on or drink later at night.

What a beautiful brand new hotel right on the beach!!! The property is gorgeous and the staff was amazing. The pool looks like a postcard with the yellow and white umbrellas up every morning! The dinner restaurant wasn't open yet for our stay, but the pool served food to your chair and their restaurant on the pier was fantastic as well.

The room was clean, staff was nice, view was good. However, the restaurant and bar closed on Tuesday and Wednesday night. They offer a case to plate at the next-door market. We were looking forward to that however, when we went over there at 6:15 the general manager had a beautiful plate of steak and lobster. I said I would like one of those my husband was gonna have the same. The general manager said this is my meal and I’m off work. The rest of the staff can’t cook as good as me so I wouldn’t recommend it. For a general manager to stay say that and not make an extra effort to accommodate guests who are probably gonna pay $50 plus a plate was not good business. We had driven past many restaurants from Key West to marathon. Looking forward to this meal. Ended up having smash burgers. While we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed that most of the amenities were not ready yet despite being on the website. The indoor bar and restaurant, the spa, and the gym were not available and when we asked when they’d be operational we were told the bar and restaurant was not going to open until the end of April and the spa and gym they were hoping would be complete by the end of the year. I’d highly suggest removing those amenities from the website if they will not be offered so guests fully understand what they are getting throughout their stay. There also was some early morning construction going on and the house keeping attendants starting cleaning rooms very early and were noisy in the halls while doing their job. Both of which woke us up earlier than we had intended on our vacation when we could sleep in. Our plan was to just stay at the hotel throughout our entire stay since it was to have all the things we needed, but alas, that wasn’t the case. I am interested in coming back when all the amenities are in place and construction is complete because it will be a stunning resort.

You can tell it’s been remodeled and they are working through a new re opening. Resort has a lot of potential but was not warned about $50 resort fee which is excessive for a one night stay. Rooms were clean but smelled chemical. Staff was nice.

Smaller upscale hotel, with amazing staff. Most rooms are city view or partial ocean view. Nice pool and beach area. The cleaning crew however are not great, as we have found hairs in 2 separate rooms and also found again after a “deep clean” they were sent to do.

We had three of the same rooms booked and one room was way smaller than the others. The bed washard and the pillows were very thin.we paid for ocean view and were at the back of the building. All the rooms are ocean view so thats a rip off.It was stated on the paper that pool hours were until 9. Took our whole family to swim and they tunred us away and said it closed at 6. They claimed to have 4 restaurants and didnt have a single full service restaurant. Told us we still owed roughly 900 on expedia. When we got there we were charged 1500 in fees. So rates were not transparent.

The room I had overlooked the beach, which was certainly a nice aspect. The overall hotel aesthetic is nice. Every single staff was extremely nice and helpful. The property was undergoing some construction, which could be heard throughout the day, unfortunately. The walls are paper thin and hearing other guests was a little frustrating. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door and there was a gap between it and the wall creating privacy issues. The restaurant lacks food options and, what is available, is overpriced.
