My room was hot. I paid for a ocean front and got a ocean view room. My smoke alarm kept going off at random times during the night and no one was smoking. Every time i called the front desk no one answered the phone until my last night to fix the smoke detector. The wooden seats outside was taken away. There was a smelly bag with flies on it where they sat our chairs on the beach and staff refused to remove it. The patio door didn't lock. This use to be a nice place to stay when i come to Miami this time i was very disappointed

This property is in the process of being updated and I was not in one of the updated rooms. The air in my room did not work. Having said that, was transferred to another room but the air in that room worked, it was very loud. I must say that they staff was nice and they offered a credit of one night since the air did not work. I am sure when this hotel is updated, it will be great.

The hotel has been under construction for a couple of years. There was some really loud jack hammer sounds pretty late. But the staff is great and they are improving the aesthetics. Locations and price are tough to match.

Great that you don’t need to move your car to go anywhere. Beach is right there and walking distance to restaurants and quick shop. Room was ok. Friendly staff.

The location on the beach was great but that's about it. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The carpets in the hallway and room were torn and heavily stained. The bathroom faucet was falling apart, we kept having to put the knob back on and hold it a certain way. It constantly smelled like Marijuana in the hallways, pool area and beach. Front desk never brought up requested items, had to go down to get the linens for the sofa bed. Valet staff was great but wouldn't stay here again. The restaurant is closed.

I loved the view I had for sure! I was on the 8th floor wit the ocean front view. The only 2 negatives I had was when I first got there I asked for a remote because the tv wasn’t working when the maintenance came to bring one he knocked twice and just used a key to open the door… HARD NO FOR ME! The second issue was anytime we left our room and came back the key to the room didn’t work. We literally left and returned about 8 key cards. Very inconvenient especially being on the 8th floor. Other then that the hotel and resort was beautiful!
