Comfortable and quaint

We were close to Marlin Park which was the reason for us visiting Miami. We ate at a local seafood restaurant and the food was great. We were close to most of the areas we wanted to visit and if it wasn't within walking distance we would take Uber . There were three of us that stayed at property and had plenty of room. Maybe a little small for some but more than adequate for us. If we had any questions the owner was readily available to assist us.

Better than what we expected !!

I stayed at this place with my other business partners for a business convention. We all enjoyed our time spent here. The living room and kitchen area are small but super cozy! The bedrooms were great sizes!! I definitely am rating this small apartment a 5 star because it was packed with kitchen and bathroom supplies and much more!!!. We were able to save money and not have to stress about getting things from the stores to use for the time being. Very great service and communication contact with the owner. This place tops all places we've stayed before, therefore we will definitely stay here again.

I liked that the property was less than 5 min driving to Little Havana and about 20 minutes driving to South Beach. Had a good time. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any communication sent.

Points positifs : appartement spacieux, conçu pour 4 personnes. Bon rapport qualité/prix sur cette base. Assez proche du centre ville (1 mile ou un peu plus) où l'on peut aller à pied si on connaît le chemin. Transports en commun incertains. Voiture personnelle à éviter en centre ville ; stationnement infernal. Quartier très hispanophone. Points négatifs (plus ou moins) : avions pendant la nuit (l'aéroport international est proche du centre ville), réglage de la température de l'eau de la douche difficile et instable, fauteuil usagé. Globalement, nous pourrions louer de nouveau cet appartement.
