First night woke up at 2 a.m with 5 insects on the floor to the right of my bed. Additional 6th bug to the left of my bed, 7th bug in the bathroom as well as 1 moth flying around. Photos taken of some of the insects. Checked out next morning. This is a request for refund for 2 nights stay.

This is a motel and has the stereotypical motel mildew smell in it. We booked 4 occupancy but were only allowed 2 towels at a time. Then had to wait two days for a towel exchange. Won’t stay again.

Our stay began with an old, typed notice posted in lobby indicating there was an additional $50 retainer charged for each stay. When I mentioned that there were misspellings in the notice, the person behind the desk said, “yeah, we know.” That attention to excellence defined our stay.
