The place to overnight in Calgary

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, and excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant in the hotel was a terrific surprise - just an amazing place to eat, good food and reasonable prices.

The hotel itself is a little outdated but it worked for a one night stay. The staff was very kind but would benefit from a very trainings on how to handle situations when managers are not on duty. Thr carpet in the rooms need to be replaced

Would not recommend

The room felt dirty, carpeting was gross, our door lock didn’t work (so we only had the metal flip thing at the top). Another family we were with had to leave and stay elsewhere due to bed bugs in their room! Coffee was empty at breakfast. And to add to the no coffee, breakfast was NOT included…so $12 breakfast with no coffee. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again.

Carpet in rooms had many tears and I'm not even sure a cleaning could save some of it. Everything furniture wise was pretty worn. The lobby is clean and nice, staff was friendly and welcoming. It's a solid place to stay for a night or two

Bed was super soft. Everything clean. Good location. Nice to have a shuttle, though things aren’t always like advertised since situations on the ground can change.
