Yes room was clean when I first came,but nobody came to clean the room for the 3 days that I stayed..I thought that was very odd.was told there was no room service and had to ask for towels but I saw maid service in the hallway.. doesn't make sense especially for such a nice hotel..

We were in town for a concert at 4th and vine our stay was wonderful it was only 15 minutes to get to the venue beds were super confy the room had a kitchette and a living room nice that it was so spacious ill stay there again when im in Louisville.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a month for work and I am never disappointed. The bed is so comfortable, it’s quiet (and I work nights), the staff is accommodating and kind, and the breakfast is decent. The place could use some upgrades but I can’t complain. I always leave rested and looking forward to next time.

Horrible night of sleep

The hotel itself is fine, but in the room the air conditioner was so loud I woke up every time it started running in the night. The AC in the room below mine sounded like a harley davidson motorcycle every time it start running, so it was a very bad night of sleep. The water glasses in kitchenette were covered in finger prints and some lamps did not work, and all had the horrible stark white led bulbs.
