Room was supposed to be cleaned and clean towels. It was not cleaned on the second day and we had NO clean towels. Went to the front desk and was told they will not have any clean towels for 5 hours. Called front desk in the morning. Still No clean towels. No ones knows why our room was not cleaned. Called and talked to the manager after we got home, he just replied "sorry", but offered nothing for the situation since we booked online.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was roomy and great lighting. Could have a thicker blanket for those who have competing sleep temps with their roommate. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was horrible. Not a ton of protein options and the hard boiled eggs were very cold.

My problem was that I wasn’t told when I made the reservation that I would be charged a $600 deposit because I am a local resident. I was told checking in… ridiculous! $600 hold!! Who knows how long before that $600 hold is dropped so I can get my money back!
