Everything was fine but we didn’t expect a cleaner to ring our doorbell at 10.30 to ask when we were checking out. Maybe it was our fault for not selecting the sleeping button on the panel by the door but quite honestly I didn’t know it was there. Were used to paper do not disturb signs

When I checked in the staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely. I would especially like to give a nice shout out to Lume for her help in finding a great room for me. She was a pleasure to deal with and Ramona was very kind as well. The room was absolutely wonderful, clean and quiet. Hotel is right on the Albert Embankment, so a nice walk can be had in either direction. Vauxhall tube and bus depot is less then 10 minutes away so transport is easy. All it was a great stay and I look forward to visiting there again.

Wry good all round.

Very good - really friendly and helpful staff at check in, let is in the room early which was really handy. Room was functional and pretty clean (apart from under the bed!). Nice toiletries and towels etc. Lovely view of the river.

First rate hotel - modern, comfortable and clean - with super views of the Thames. Great location for exploring London with Vauxhall tube a short walk away. But plenty of options in the area for eating and drinking without having to travel far.

Lovely fittings, no soundproofing.

A lovely, modern room with excellent fittings but the adjoining room had almost no soundproofing so we had a very disturbed stay. There was a family with young children next door who were crying most of the night and constantly trying to open the adjoining door. A flickering light bulb above the bath was another irritation as well as a leaking coffee machine. So close to being a lovely hotel but impossible to sleep! Lastly, despite advertising pictures with views overlooking the London Eye, this hotel has no such views which was incredibly disappointing as we booked this hotel specifically for the view of the NYE fireworks. When we raised this with reception we were simply offered an apology and advised we were too late to cancel; this felt pretty unfair given the fireworks were the reason for our booking.
