Absolutely loved our stay at the Ashburn! Beautiful clean hotel and amazing staff. We even extended our stay for an extra day as it was such a great place to rest! I would definitely come here again! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Kensington and this is definitely up there with one of the best!

Disappointing

Hotel is showing signs of age and wear and tear. A bit shabby. We were given a room in the basement which meant no view and noise from underground trains - not too loud, but irritating. Convenient location though

Brilliant 1 night stay near Hyde park

Stayed during Zac Bryan at Hyde park, was about a 20 minute walk to Hyde park in a beautiful area, we arrived very early and they facilitated us and got us straight into our room so we could enjoy our day and get ready for the concert. The room was beautiful and would stay here again if we were to go see another concert on Hyde park or the area.

Great location close to shopping, restaurants, the Tube, major road artery. Quiet room recently renovated, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub (unusual!), air conditioning - such an asset during the heat wave in London. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would recommend.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ashburn. The location is fabulous - only a 3 minute walk from the Gloucester road tube station, making getting around the city cheap and easy. The rooms are bigger than any others that I found in my search and the beds are comfortable. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is yummy!

The concierge was lovely. Continental breakfast was also very nice, and the lady that served us was very helpful and kind. I was a little disappointed in the room. There was a dent in the headboard. There was a hole in the bathtub. The floor tiles in the restroom were cracked, and you couldn’t plug a hairdryer in. You had to dry your hair in the closet, which was large and there was a full length mirror and a safe. There was no outlet to plug in the teapot, so I had to plug that in on the floor. The location was excellent close to many wonderful restaurants and two grocery stores.

I enjoyed being able to have breakfast on site. It was convenient and a good value. Staff were great and very helpful. Main lounge area was nice for relaxing in the evening. Nearby tube station was very close by. Convenient location.
