Good place for price, but I got locked in a stair well trying to go down to get ice. No lie. Since no refrigerator in the room, and ice machine on my floor broken, I went down the stairwell near the ice machine, and from inside stairwell, all doors were locked to get back into the regular floors/building. So then had to walk down 17th floors to get to the bottom the only place I can get out. Fire hazard! Fire hazard! Danger Danger. Bad!

I totally dig the “Big Easy” vibes! The casino is amazing with 24 hour poker and daily tournaments. Also having a movie theater and bowling alley is a big plus. The food was delicious and various selection foods to choose from. The decor was pleasant and proper. The desk was a great place to setup for work to get done. My favorite part was the staff on how professional they are. Very welcoming and caring people during my stay. I can’t wait to visit and stay at Orleans again.

Been coming to the Orleans for 20 years. It’s time for a facelift. Definitely been some changes but I understand that. Sorry to see Fridays and the prime rib loft gone, also the liquor store, and the bowling closed early and the pool closers early. We still had a good time , just have to get use to things changing.
