I reserved and paid a deposit on a room with two queen beds. When I checked in, they told me they were sold of the room I reserved. But I reserved it for a reason. Their solution was a room with one king bed and roll away bed that was too short and had no fitted sheets so it was unusable. So why bother reserving a room and paying the deposit if you they won’t even provide you with what you paid for? Plus the safety chain lock was broken and the bathroom was dirty with old toothpaste and hair in the sink and counter.

We love the fact it is very convenient to get on Fremont Street. They have an amazing elevator system. What we didn’t like was it didn’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker. We were here for 7 nights. With being there that long, we like having drinks and snacks. Plus we like having coffee early morning while getting ready to go out for the day.
