The rooms and all the facilities in the hotel were clean and kept up very nicely. ALL the staff -- the front desk clerks, the maintenance people, the restaurant personnel were all very helpful, upbeat and courteous. The only problem we could see was the stop signs at the bottom the the garage. there is a 4± Stop sign and not all the patrons were observing these Stop signs and would to through them without stopping. It could be hazardous for patrons crossing the road there - especially at night. I don't know a better solution to this, but perhaps the hotel could contract a traffic architect to study this situation if they also deem it a situation that could be improved upon.

I booked a room for Saturday and Sunday at South Point for the k9 trials a month in advance for my handicap friends 72nd birthday.. THANK YOU for outdoing the MAJOR LUXURY Big Name hotels and getting the ADA two Queen handicap room designed RIGHT! The beds was the PERFECT level for her. I found the helpful text messages to my phone to be helpful and convenient and housekeeping was quick and polite... We shall return in a few months for the horse show in June... and ill consider reapplying for a career
