Hermosa nueva propiedad ubicada a sólo una milla de la avenida principal en el famoso vecindario de McNeil Estates. Este es un alquiler de vacaciones con licencia (G64-08272) con la ciudad de Las Vegas.

La casa está cerca de todo, pero aún lo suficientemente aislada como para que te sientas completamente privado. Enorme patio trasero con área de patio grande, árboles frutales, área de asientos cubiertos, y piscina y jacuzzi. Plan de piso abierto y la luz incluye un área de desayunador, asientos bar cocina, sala de estar y comedor, y cuatro dormitorios. Hay tres baños completos que cada uno tiene una bañera y ducha.

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

This was an amazing property in an adorable neighborhood. It is amazing how peaceful and quiet this home is when it is a 10 minute Uber ride to the heart of the action in Freemont or the Strip. Terry is a phenomenal host who was attentive and responsive. The house is nicely appointed with a great layout for friends, couples, or families. If you like a clean and quiet place to stay as a respite from the craziness that is Las Vegas, this is the place for you.

Well run company

Everything to do with our stay was good.They even ordered a folding chair for us when we needed another seat at the dining room table. There were many towels and everything was working properly. It would be nice to have a dresser in the master and a side table in one of the bedrooms that had two large beds. Since it was winter, we did not use the backyard/pool.

Great option for bigger parties!

We had six adults staying for a concert and we all got our own beds. The property was close to the venue and airport making it very convenient and centrally located. The host was very responsive to messages and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay again!

Perfect in every way

The property comes ready for your stay just bring your luggage and have fun. We loved being able to sit outside under the trellis or swim in the pool or relax in the jacuzzi. Close to the strip, Dunkin,Starbucks and ihop. Newly updated and very clean. . Close to the strip

Six adults and two children in our party were very comfortable in this home 6/24-6/2/2024. It was clean, in a convenient location and had all the amenities we needed for our 5-day getaway. The pool was a great place to cool off from the heat the last week of June provided. The owner was very prompt responding to any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect House for a Bachelorette Getaway!

I rented this property with 5 of my girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette party. I was looking for a house with a pool and hot tub in a neighborhood that was not only safe and quiet, but close to the places we wanted to go. This area is equidistant from the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. This property went above and beyond what I was looking for and we were all happy with the stay. I especially loved that each person had at least a double bed to themselves with plenty of space to spread out and mingle. The appliances and amenities were all great. The outdoors peace is also lovely. We had enough space to have a yoga instructor come to the house and give a private class to 8 of us outside. Would love to stay here again! Terry was also very easy to get a hold of and check-in/check-out was super easy. Highly recommend!

Vacation Rental

Great neighborhood, nice house. Hot tub took 3+hours to warm up and had to have a schedule with host to use, as permission or to turn it on required their remote access. Other than that very nice. Host responded promptly to these questions.

Quiet, Clean & Great Location

The house was great!! Plenty of room and very clean. Sometimes its just better to stay off the strip and hotels and this house is in a fantastic location close to it all. Terry was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Vegas.

Family Reunion

My cousin lives in a large home in The Cliffs. She had wanted to have a family reunion and the Pandemic hit. Finally, we all got together. My Mom and myself, my son and my sister’s family stayed at this very clean great home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had an incredible time. There were 42 family members that attended!

Comfy Oasis

My friends & I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! Lots of space, everything was clean & the home was beautifully decorated. We loved the pool and each room had the most comfortable beds! Check-in process was very easy & Terry allowed us a late check-out as some of us had late flights. Overall, 5/5 for everything! Would book again :)

Wonderful home!

My two daughters and I bought tickets to see Kelly Clarkson at Planet Hollywood. We booked this house and we are so glad we did! It was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed! I would definitely book this home again!

Quiet neighbourhood and great location!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and situated close to the strip and a quick drive to Fremont and the premium outlet. The interior modern and spacious, great for large families and groups. The property manager is very responsive. I just wished we receive the check-in details a little earlier. Other than that, there were nk other issues.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We were comfortable in every way possible. The location is close to the strip, yet quiet and close to stores and restaurants. Our only concern was the lack of lighting in the backyard for swimming and enjoying being outside in the evenings. We would love to stay in this home the next time we have a family trip to Vegas.
