This is a very nice place to stay! The rooms are great, the kitchen is great and there was plenty of room for us all to sit. I would stay at this place again!

Nice neighborhood

Stay was great. My friends and I had a golf outing over the weekend and stay was great. Only 10-15 minutes to the the airport and close to the strip area.

A Diamond Experience

Great place for a guys weekend!!

The pictures didn’t do this place justice. The Master suite was huge and the house was the perfect size for the 5 of us. House was clean and Jose was quick to respond to any questions. Make sure you text or send your message via the website. The pool table was a nice touch to a friends trip. It’s close to the strip and an Uber was usually there within 10 minutes. Only down side is it can be expensive on the weekend and cost up to 80 bucks one way! We would definitely stay here again.

Jose’s place was absolutely amazing

It was such a homey feel in the residence of Las Vegas. My Ohana and friends were able to create everlasting memories! Jose was an exceptional host, the house was just perfect!!

It was so beautiful and comfortable!

We were surprised by how beautiful is the property, even better than on photos! Usually it's opposite. Everything is working properly, super clean and neat, we definitely enjoyed the stay!

Clean, Spacious, & Beautiful

We traveled from WA State to rent this property in honor of my daughter's birthday who passed away very recently. Being that the majority of my family are located in CA & AZ, I wanted to make the destination easy for them to attend, so we settled on Vegas. I was initially very nervous with so much emotion riding on this 1st birthday celebration without her. I "NEEDED" everything to be PERFECT - however, I couldn't find any reviews on the property but after speaking with the owner (Jose) I decided to go ahead and rent it anyway and Boy, am I GLAD that I did!!! The pictures don't even BEGIN to show just how BEAUTIFUL this property "or" neighborhood actually are...in addition, it was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and furnished with high end furniture and every other imaginable amenity throughout the house (including Tide & Downey) so that guests are able to do their laundry prior to returning home! I told Jose of my plans to do a balloon release and he even provided me with a list of names/addresses to the closest parks in the area. While I have ZERO complaints about our stay - I would be sure to request the following if you will be hosting a large group: Additional Blankets - we had a group of 15 adults - the house has 5 bdrms and the only blankets were those on the beds - had we realized this earlier we'd have either requested additional or gone out and purchased the extras that we needed - but as it was - we had to take the top sheets off of each bed and give those to guests who were sleeping on the futons. (With this being said - there were plenty pillows and bath towels though). Although the owner has cleaning staff that come in after each visit - I would also suggest that a few cleaning basics be "available" to guests who want to clean up after themselves and leave the property in the best shape possible: Toilet Plunger Toilet Brush Cleaning Supplies (We were able to locate cleaning supplies for the kitchen- but none for the bathrooms). The owner was also very accommodating with our schedules - he allowed early check-in and late check-out since we were all coming from out of state on different flight schedules. The neighbors were extremely nice as well. As a grieving Mom - there are NO WORDS to express my GRATITUDE for such an AMAZING experience!!! While my plan is to celebrate her Birthday with a different destination every year...I give this property and owner the HIGHEST rating and would DEFINITELY recommend this property!!!
