Room was clean and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, which is, oddly, not common in Las Vegas. TV channel selection was weak if you watch TV in Las Vegas. The casino was good, they had all of the games you could want. If inexperienced dealers upset you, don't play craps here, you'll just get angry. I don't mind but I have seen a lot folks get angry about this kind of stuff. The restaurants were all good. All of the staff were nice and helpful except for the person at the front desk when I first showed up. The reason for my 3 stars is the person at the front desk who needs some customer service training and the fact that their internet is just not functional in the room I was in as well as the entire floor I was on, I checked. It didn't work throughout the casino either and neither did my phones data connection. I had to go outside to make call and use my phones data connection. If they would get better internet service and some improved customer service from their front desk staff, all of the other staff were great, I would give them 5 stars.

casino reeks of cigarette smoke, rooms are small , most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. no room service. ice cream shop closes at 4pm. soda prices higher in the general store than in a vending machine right outside the store. I'll never stay here again, under construction also.

Wi-Fi was exceptionally bad in the room (8th floor) would disconnect then reconnect several times a minute. Having no data on my phone meant wifi at Hotel was very important for contacting uber and researching things ahead of time and booking things were impossible. Yet go down to the Casino and the Wi-Fi was perfect. I mentioned it to the front desk when checking out… doubt anything will be done about it.

The rooms were clean. I liked having the added security to access the elevator and our room. Enjoyed a nice meal at the Cornerstone. Did mot like having to pay so much for coffee in the morning!

The room was clean and comfortable but no coffee or tea making facilities. Because of our time zone changes we were awake at 4-5am and couldn't get a drink until 6am when the cafe opened. We hated the smoky atmosphere in the casino and the food in the restaurant was just average.
