Our room was on the side of downtown so music played and room vibrated until about 2:30 am. They did waive our resort fee and told us next time ask for the tower rooms way less noise.

We really enjoyed our stay at El Cortez. Room was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. It was terrific to stay at a historic site downtown within walking distance of Fremont Street with free parking. We ate dinner in the resistant and it was delicious!
