The room was so loud that it vibrated till around 3 am. When I called the front desk to ask if there were any quieter areas of the hotel, they promptly told me I had to upgrade and that I chose that part of the hotel. Well, NO, I didn't! I will never even consider staying there again!

The rooms were amazingly clean. Housekeeping and customer service was very attentive. The bell hop was even extremely helpful. With that being said, security did was very selective in their approach, as to whom they questioned for identification.

Great staff, delicious food and fun games! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the loud clubs downtown. We heard everyone and every thing! Keep that in mind when booking. Our room was in the tower. Other than that, it was a great experience!
