Family of 5, parents with 13, 6 and 5 year yr old. We are not members of Hilton Vacation Club.We were never approached about the tour. We stayed Wed-Sat in the 2 bedroom which is the king and double room.Layout worked great for us. I made meals in the full kitchen. The rooms were clean with updated decor. They provided laundry soap for the washers and dryers that are on every floor! Kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after being in the lake during the day.
Since we are not members we did have to pay the daily valet charge.They park across the street in their own garage.You request your vehicle via text before you head down and it was always there when we got to the front.
Guests communicate with the front desk via text as well and they respond very quickly. We requested trash removed daily which it was. We also requested fresh towels after our second night which arrived quickly.
Was the stay perfect, no. Power went out the first night we were there for a few hours in the evening and we worried about the groceries we had just purchased. They ended up being fine. It rained heavily for about an hour during the power outage (not their fault) but it made for keeping kids entertained tough.Room could use a broom. King bed lumpy, doubles great.Rooms facing the street are noisier
Overall this was a great stay and I highly recommend for families.We booked through a third party app and were charged exactly as quoted except for the parking. Our family will definitely be back.
