The kitchen includes the latest appliances from KitchenAid, Samsung, and complimentary Nespresso is included.

As our valued guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, Pebble Tec pool, and all private outdoor spaces during your stay. The driveway and two-car garage is available for your personal use and provides ample parking.

*The home has three Security Cameras. One Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front door outside the home and a second Ring Camera is located adjacent the main door in the courtyard and does record facing the pool and patio areas only. The third Ring Camera is located in the two-car garage.

Palm on the Drive - House Rules
• Overnight (10 PM - 7 AM) stay maximum number of guest allowed is 6 adults or up to 2 adults and 4 children.
• Only three beds (1 King and 2 Queens) are provided irregardless of the number of guests listed up to the maximum overnight guests allowed.
• Daytime (7 AM - 10 PM) maximum number of guest allowed is 12 occupants including the number of registered overnight guests.
• There should be no noise after 10 pm that may disturb at all the neighbors or other guests. Please keep music and voices to an appropriate level during the daytime as well between 7 am and 10 pm.
• Guests are advised that the City of La Quinta noise level rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with the rules may result in you receiving any citation(s) and related fines issued to the property. If a citation is issued, fines range from $1,000 - $5,000 per violation.
• Guests are required to place their trash and recyclables in the bins of the home they are renting. Trash and trash bins must NOT be visible in front of the home.
• Please park all vehicles either on the driveway or in the garage. Up to 4 vehicles per stay are free to park on property.
