Everything was perfect. We usually stay in more of a budget hotel. You may have changed our staying habits. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the canadian bacon at breakfast. It was so hard and dry I couldn't chew it.

This hotel is in an area that is convenient to get to a variety of shopping and dining options, and it is an easy 20 minutes into downtown Kansas City. The staff are friendly and helpful, all of the main areas clean, hot coffee or tea is available always and the breakfast is full of great options. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I was very happy with it.

Very clean and newer property. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. The only issue we had during our stay was our heating unit made sounds occasionally during the night like a fan blade was catching on something so we were getting woken up. We didn’t have an opportunity to discuss with the front desk to change rooms and didn’t want maintenance in the room while we were gone but they gave us a 10% discount when we checked out and they were going to notify maintenance right away. I would try staying here again.
