The hotel manager was incredibly rude due to error made by the concierge when checking us in. Treated us like we were doing something wrong and when I pointed it out to him he was very dismissive. Then he checked us out prior to checking out ourselves. We weren’t even done packing up our belongings. We were treated like we committed a crime and we didn’t do anything wrong. Instead of apologizing to us for their error he told us to leave. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Dirty rooms. Hair on pillows and on the stained bed sheets. I had to cancel my stay went to another hotel and still got charged for the one night and cancellation fee. I’m calling headquarters to get a refund.

Good location. Decent service. Our room had a green stain on the floor and the bathroom felt like it been quickly cleaned. We could hear the people above us (feet running or jumping) thankfully, it wasn't that often. The pool area needs major attention. The deep hand had a large area where it was brown on the bottom. Very visably dirty. The showers in the pool area hadn't been cleaned or cleaned very well.

We stayed at Home2 Suites for a baseball tournament in the area with our team. (We made the reservation ourselves without using a booking agency. The rooms were more economical going that route.) The larger fridge and mini kitchen was super helpful for preparing snacks for long days at the ballpark. The room had ample space to store all our baseball gear without having to trip over everything. Multiple stores and restaurants such as Hy—Vee and Walmart were close by. I highly recommend this location!

This property is new and is always clean. Spacious rooms. Good service except our last stay the front desk girl had her BF hanging out. She was annoyed we came to check in. Wish there was a hot tub!
