¿Busca un lugar para reunir a un grupo grande o dos familias en una sola casa cerca de la playa con piscina privada y jacuzzi en el complejo de Amelia Island Plantation? No busque más.

¡Esta casa de 5 dormitorios / 4 baños ha sido renovada y ahora está lista para sus vacaciones! Hemos eliminado las paredes para abrir el área entre la cocina y la gran sala, así como también hemos instalado todos los pisos nuevos de baldosas, encimeras de cuarzo, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos, así como nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y lavadora / secadora. También hay una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje que se acaba de instalar. También a principios de 2019 se completará una renovación completa del baño principal, así como nuevos lavabos / encimeras / iluminación para cada uno de los otros 3 baños.

Aquí están los arreglos para dormir por habitación:

DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL: 1 cama de matrimonio con baño incorporado, ducha a ras de suelo, tocador doble y bañera profunda. También incluye TV de pantalla plana con cable. Duerme 2.

2º DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL - 1 cama King con baño adjunto - ducha / bañera combinada y tocador individual. Televisor LED de pantalla plana con cable. Duerme 2.

3er DORMITORIO - 2 camas DOBLES con baño adjunto - combinación de ducha / bañera y tocador individual. Televisor LED de pantalla plana con cable. Capacidad para 4 niños.

4to DORMITORIO - 2 camas individuales / gemelas con baño adjunto - cabina de ducha y tocador individual. Ubicado fuera de la gran sala / estudio y puerta corrediza de vidrio a la piscina y bañera de hidromasaje. Duerme 2.

5º DORMITORIO: 1 sofá cama a las afueras del primer dormitorio principal y comparte ese baño. Duerme 1-2.

El diseño de la casa es propicio para grandes reuniones familiares: hay una gran área central abierta con una gran sala y cocina combinadas. Desde esa área central, las cinco habitaciones se encuentran separadas de esa área abierta; piense en ello como un centro y hable.

Además, tenemos cuatro bicicletas (2 bicicletas para adultos y 2 para niños) para su uso y un carrito de golf para cuatro personas para viajar a la playa en aproximadamente 3 minutos, así como en toda la plantación a restaurantes y otras actividades.

Mientras estamos en Amelia Island Plantation, no formamos parte del complejo Omni ni de su programa de alquiler, pero aún hay muchas oportunidades para que usted aproveche las instalaciones. Usted tiene acceso a todos los restaurantes del hotel, así como a cualquier lugar de la plantación, el centro de tenis, spa, golf en miniatura, y una de las instalaciones de golf en la plantación y muchos otros campos de golf en la isla.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing trip! Karl (the host) is super responsive. We were able to heat the pool for a small fee and the location of the home was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed riding around in the golf cart. Those scored big points with us- heated pool and golf cart. Another bid selling feature- two king beds. It’s tough to find a home with two kings. This was great because my parents came with us. We had four adults, a 2 year old and 10 month old. My only two complaints- there is no disposal in the kitchen and the dishwasher can be finicky. A couple mornings we woke up to find it had stalled out in the cleaning cycle sometime during the night. Overall, fantastic home and we can’t wait to go back!

Very happy to have Karl’s place for a large family to stay near wedding festivities at the Amelia Island plantation! Very comfortable! Four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were super helpful with everyone getting ready for events at the same time. House was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of dresser and closet space with plenty of hangers and extra pillows, ceiling fans in rooms were nice, Karl was responsive and helpful, golf cart an appreciated bonus, location quiet and close to exit gate to A1A which was helpful when heading off the plantation, neighborhood great for walking, backyard patio area private, kitchen seemed well-stocked. Detailed clear instructions for stay and tourist suggestions were helpful. Check-out procedure was easy.

Perfect house to stay with a group

The house was a perfect stay for our group. We had 6 adults and 3 infants/toddlers and had plenty of room. We liked that it was all on our floor and was also wheelchair friendly for one of our family members. The house was well stocked and everything was labeled and easy to find. The beach toys were nice to have for the kids. It was great to have a pool and golf cart as well. Karl was so responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful Week

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were four families that stayed and plenty of room for everyone - the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom is priceless. Pool is amazing and the kids enjoyed that more than the beach. Karl is very responsive to text which is also invaluable. Loved this house and looking to book for the future.

just a bit disappointed

The pictures show the house a bit differently than it really was. The communication with the owner was excellent but the property itself needed some personal attention. It was not as clean as it should be especially the table tops, floor and windows. There was a problem with the pool filter system. We made the best of the vacation and had a great family time together. The beach was amazing.

Beautiful and Private Location

The house is set in a beautiful, quiet and private location with a great backyard complete with pool and hot tub. House had a nice layout and was well equipped. Access to the beach via golf cart, walking or bike was great. Would definitely return!

Golf Hideaway

Beautiful home in a great location. We were four couples on a golf trip and this home was a hit with everyone! Owner was very attentive and responsive to any inquiries that we had. Check in process was a breeze and the home was very comfortable for our group. The only criticism I have is the four pan was too small for our group and we had to eat breakfast and shifts.

Super Multi-generational Hideaway

I echo the existing reviews. Lots of thoughtful touches like nightlights throughout. Kitchen is extremely well equipped.The grounds are very private and feel like a nature preserve. To Karl's list of restaurants, I would add Lagnaippe and Pogo's Kitchen - original, creative cuisine at both. Our family loved "Bubbles Beach Retreat"

Lovely Sanctuary and so close to Beaches and Marsh Walks

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. * Communication was very helpful with quick responses to questions. * The house was perfect - very roomy and comfortable, well equipped, comfy beds, great kitchen and the outdoors features a very private pool /hot tub area with plenty of outdoor seating Of note: my elderly parent has some mobility issues and this house works great without steps and with a walk-in shower * Golf Cart makes exploring the area and getting to the beach and nearby restaurants a snap * Plenty of pool and beach toys, bikes, etc * The area is stunning with numerous beaches, state parks and marsh areas to explore close by. * Close to the sweet town of Fernadina * Wonderful restaurants and grocery store close by We would not change a thing and hope to come back!

Winter Escape

Prettier than the pictures

We had a wonderful time. The property is very pretty and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is a real pleasure to walk in, with its canopy roads. We had a large group, and particularly enjoyed dining in the back yard and using the spa and pool. Our host, Karl, was extremely helpful at all stages. On the whole, the experience delivered more than we expected.

Great Family Vacation Home

The home was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids). The pool was a great gathering point after a day of adventures. The property was clean, modern and well functioning appliances as well as very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our only regret was that we didn't get the "lay of the land" sooner to find our way to resort amenities and beach access points sooner.

Just What We Needed!

Our family has had a difficult year, and had been looking forward eagerly, to a week away together. Everything about this week was extraordinary! Karl was the perfect host - excellent communication all around. The home is lovely in every way. We had a multigenerational group - ranging in age from 15 months to retired, and this home fit our needs to a tee. There was plenty of room, and the layout is so smartly done. There was space for everyone to have privacy when needed, and a beautiful gathering spot for being together when that was needed. The pictures in the listing most definitely portray an accurate image of the house. It’s beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are generously and thoughtfully stocked. Seriously - you will have everything you need for a great stay! Having the use of the golf cart and bikes was great! The pool area couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was so wonderful to have the option of being able to relax by the pool during a very hot week, and to have a choice other than the hot beach for those who are more sensitive to the effects of the heat. All in all, I would highly recommend the “Bubbles” Beach House. We can’t wait to return next summer!

Family reunion

Our girls and their families joined us for a week at this wonderful home. The accommodations were perfect for us. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed the back yard and pool. The trees and privacy were perfect. Bubbles was a big hit and took us to the beach several times.

Perfect

We just had the best week and I am so happy we chose this place. After 2 years of rough health, we wanted to treat the whole family with a beach vacation. My sister-in-law is in a wheelchair, so we needed a wheelchair accessible house. This house met all our needs and more. The house is all 1 level and she was able to move around easily. The bathrooms were perfect. The pool was amazing! I can not say enough good things about it. Thank you so much!
