Nice staff but little to none. “Continental breakfast” was only cereal and bagels. Signs up that due to unforeseen circumstances they had no hot food. The hotel itself was dirty and undermaintained.

Room was clean, tub in room worked, extra towels were nice, tv was broken, bed was horrendous. Very uncomfortable 😕. Being a 3 star, keep in mind it has very thin walls. Ive stayed at other BWP, this was the worst. "
