Room was not clean. Smelled bad. I could not stay there. Check in was 2 hours past published time. Interfered with my plans I had to find a different hotel. Staff was rude. Other patrons left as well.

Staff not friendly. room not clean. some what in disrepair. sign said free complimentary breakfast. No breakfast was available. staff said coffee in the morning. No coffee available. Not a place I would stay again. I would like some of my money back. I was not given what the computer said this hotel had. no elevator when ask staff just pionted toward stairs.

I swear by Microtel in general. But, this one had so many things wrong I can't even mention here

The breakfast consisted of a coffee machine. Every night our key card wouldnt work and it was very loud.
