I gave this review as a returning customer. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast as advertised. The employee when asked about the change just stated there was an "incident" and that management stopped it, without further explanation. In my previous stay at the property, we found the breakfast very good,

Staff was borderline combative when we brought up issues we had with our room. Issues being dirty and disgusting conditions of everything from the hot tub and fridge to the paint peeling and water damage in the bathroom. The bed was split in half width wise, and couldn't support an adult pressing their hand on it. The broken fridge looked like it was picked from a dumpster, completely iced over, couldn't close and had a yellow liquid in it. The hot tub had hair and grime all in it, absolutely atrocious condition. The room smelled like an ashtray. There's gaps under the entry door for the room, and the exit doors were held open and unsecured. After we had checked in, we looked at room and decided to get dinner as we had been traveling all day. When my wife said she didn't feel comfortable staying, we went to the office to cancel and get a refund. It had been 57 mins since we were given our keys, and refunds are only issued before 30 mins. Broken windows let in a draft and had crud all over them.

I got this room because on their website it showed that breakfast was included. When I got there, I was told no breakfast so that was a major dissappointment but even worst was how disgusting the room was. The bathroom had mold around the tub and the ceiling where chipped and pealing everything needs updating the sink was broken. I can't believe that the Wyndham name is attached to this because I am used to staying at Wyndham hotels and been very happy with them. Don't stay here its really bad.

Warning! The no longer have a Breakfast. That is why we booked this one. Even on their own website it says they have Breakfast. All they serve is coffee and juice. The air was set on 63 degrees, which the night clerk couldn't get it to warm up.

We chose this hotel because they offered breakfast, when we got there they said they had discontinued breakfast service. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. When I reported our problems upon check out, the front desk clerk didn’t seem to care.
