The hotel was dirty. There were broken crackers on the floor of the elevator that were never cleaned. The hall where my room was hadn’t been vacuumed it a long time. I will not be back.

The floor we were on had a bunch of hockey families in town for a tournament. People up to 2am running down the halls opening and closing doors. Adult parents not around. Thought there was going to be a fight with some of the adults. Bad management decision to put general public on that floor with the families of the hockey team!!!!

I didn't like that it was noise in the hall way couldn't sleep. Here it is 2am in the morning. I think there should be a time where people should be quite.

Pros: We always like Holiday Inn Expresses; this was the same.
Cons: Breakfast menu could be improved.
Location: Convenient to our needs.
Everything nice as advertised. Comfortable, accommodating.
