Shower was slow to drain, toilet did not flush the first time. We stayed two nights and expected the bed to be made and have fresh towels but were told that when they are too busy they do not do that! What am I paying for them? Breakfast and coffee were horrible.

One of the two elevators has been out of service for the last two days. I challenge anyone to look inside the elevators and view how beat up and dirty they are. "
