The GM was working, seemed like he was running the whole hotel independently and was incredible! We listened to him interact with many people at check in while we played cards at a table in the breakfast area, he went above and beyond for many of them.

Check in was a good experience. Our king suite appeared clean apart from a sightly, brown stain on the shower curtain. The smell of marijuana began to sift into our room after a short time. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. If you are sensitive to smoke, look elsewhere. The smell of marijuana worsened in the evening. We were awoken during the night ( all night) by loud music and intimate sounds. These continued for hours and prevented sleep. For the price paid, we would expect a quieter experience. We brought our experience up to Adam at the front desk in the morning. He barely apologized and didn’t seem at all surprised. Told us that we should have come down in the night. Unacceptable. Said that marijuana is a problem. Also didn’t seem concerned overall with our experience. I explained that I would be making a review and that we aren’t satisfied. And this didn’t seem worrisome in the least. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as a result of the lack of response in any capacity.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very clean room, pool was great temp and clean, and service was excellent. All the workers were very nice, especially one of them who was dealing with the breakfast in the morning. He made sure everyone was well taken care of! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

I loved the breakfast, the guy on front desk verry nice n sweet both of the guys. The only thing the last room i was in had alot of dust no were to hang anything the bathroom had a little mold on it and i woke up with a bite on my right hand.

Very nice place and super clean! Breakfast options were amazing. I loved the available coffee in the common area with fresh coffee in every cup! The room was very nice, not the greatest mattress, but everything else outweighed that. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Overnight stay to visit a friend. got there early and the guy at the front desk got us our room to so we could be able to change. he was excellent. very helpful. the breakfast attendant was TOP NOTCH. he was a riot. friendly and was really good with kids.

The hotel was clean and quiet and conveniently located for exploring Rochester and environs. Victor is a cute small town with some interesting restaurants and ice cream shops. My favorite aspect of the hotel is that their breakfast coffee machine had several decaf options - latte, mocha, cappacino - which were actually flavorful!!

The amenity of EV charging was not possible as staff did not have suitable training and the Blink equipment was not fully functional. This was a major reason for choosing this site, and it failed.

Terrible one night stay
It was not a pleasant stay in the Spa room. The piping was very loud so when neighbors ran baths it echoed in the room with loud screeching. The bathroom fan was so loud and sounded broken so couldn't use it. Same with the spa fan. The refrigerator was broken and loud and noisy. The walls were so thin that we could hear everyone around us like a guy snoring from two doors down. Not coming back.
