Beautiful Waterfront

The host was great at communication! We loved reading through the book of everyone’s recommendations and their stays. The property is beautiful and neighbors were so friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to others!

First time in Eagle River

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The host Jakob is fantastic and always replied quickly. The property was beautiful. We barely wanted to leave some mornings because of the sunrise on the lake! Already booked a second stay!! All the lights were on when we arrived and fresh flowers on the table with a handwritten note! Loved it! Thanks!!

Relaxing North Woods Stay

My family and I spent the weekend here and had an amazing stay. Between the communication with the property owners, the welcome gift, and all the other extras ( wood for the fire, kayaks, etc.) The property was immaculate and very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic Home for a Relaxation

Riverbend Retreat was an absolutely perfect home for our relaxing “babymoon.” The area around the property was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for nightly campfires and viewing wildlife (we saw a bald eagle multiple times across the river). The owners had an amazing attention to detail and there were so many amenities, including firewood, games, fully-stocked kitchen, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. The furniture both inside and outside were comfortable, especially the bed (even for this 8 month pregnant soon to be mama). The icing on the cake was it was dog friendly so our dog could join us on our relaxing weekend! He had a blast running around the backyard and swimming in the river off of the dock. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m sure if we would have the response would have been quick. We will definitely back!!

2024 No snow Snowmobile trip #2

Very happy with this stay. The house was perfectly sized for us and very clean and cozy! The welcome bottle of wine from a local winery was a nice touch. The fire pit and lighted stairs to the dock were great! Would love to stay in the summer too!! Thanks for the nice weekend!

Great place in a peaceful setting!

This place is a must stay if you are in Eagle River. The house has all the comforts of home, they have thought of everything. The location is close to town yet the setting is so peaceful with amazing river views and wildlife to watch. Thanks, Jake and Jenny for the welcome note and bottle of wine! We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Eagle River.

Beautiful pet friendly property right on Eagle River Lake Chain. Plenty of things to see and do. Great dock for tying up the boat. Enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, kayaks and games.

Great stay!

Owners were fast to reply. House was clean, comfortable, and only a few minutes from downtown. There were beautiful views into the snow-covered trees with deer and turkeys wandering around the neighborhood. The house was well stocked, laundry machines worked well, and the beds comfortable. It was wonderful being able to bring our dog along!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Any questions get a hold of Jake. Rock star host. The place was great. Beer fridge outside the back door was nice so you don’t have to go in the house. Fire pit was really nice with plenty of wood. The pier is new and really nice. It has bumpers. We had a pontoon boat and the pier was awesome. In the evenings we would idle the pontoon boat to watersmeet lake and back. Great location away from the busy lakes and channels of eagle river. The house had all the amenities. The large living room wind was nice to look out on the river and bird feeders. We played many a game on the living room table.

Perfect Northwoods Getaway Cabin

We cannot say enough how great this property was for us, and Jake & Jenn thought of everything! Jake was very available if we needed anything, but it was perfectly prepared for our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is great!

The first thing you notice when you step inside of this property is the great view of the lake. The second thing you notice is how incredibly spotless it is. The house is fully stocked with things that a lot of vacation rentals do not supply. The beds are comfortable. The location is a close drive to everything. Just be careful when you drive to the property. There are a LOT of deer.

Great property!

Very clean and had everything you would need and more!! Any questions were immediately answered by Jacob (Jake). Quiet area, large lot, close to shopping and dining options. There is quite a steep slope taking the stairs to the water, so be aware if you have limitations. Easy lists and instructions regarding the property and operating heat/ac/tv etc. Would definitely stay here again!
