Our room was on the 3rd floor, a quite room which is our first preference. Check in staff at front desk was very professional and accommodated our preference.We were pleased with our room it was clean and quite. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in very quick easy and friendly, nice staff all over the hotel. Breakfast is good they have a nice latte machine. Maybe just need to add fresh fruits.

Everyone at this hotel is so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast is great. The beach is 2 blocks away or the pool works for a quick dip or sunshine. You have easy on and off to the 5 freeway. 3 luggage carts. Plenty of parking. There is a bathroom lobby on the second floor. They are getting a brand new gym. Excellent snack center. Easy walkable hotel in Dana Point!

No soap in the shower soap dispenser. Towel rack on the other side of bathroom. No wash clothes.Coffee station across the room and the lamp was stuck against a wall. We had to move it to use it, Had to pay $25 extra to park. Most hotels do not charge extra
