This home is located 30 Mins from downtown Nashville and just a few minutes from the grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants in White House TN.

Featuring 3000sqft of living space, situated on a 2.5 acre lot with a wonderful pool to relax your work stresses away, we can't wait to welcome you to our home.

Within the house, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a very large bonus room that doubles as a flex space and additional sleeping quarters. The master suite is located on the main level along with the living room, dining room, breakfast area and kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms and bonus room are located upstairs. Additionally the attached garage has been converted into a games room, perfect for the kids to play in and get out of under foot!

Step out of the back door and you will be greeted by a wonderful swimming pool, ample sun loungers, a grill to cook upon and Tennessee wildlife to gaze at!

To help understand the bed layout of the home, here is a breakdown as a reference:

The Master Suite on Main Level - King bed + roll-away single bed (sleeps up to 3 in this room)
Bedroom #2 Upstairs - Queen Bed + Queen Bed (sleeps up to 4 in this room)
Bedroom #3 Upstairs - Bunk Bed + Bunk Bed (sleeps up to 4 in this room)
Bonus Room Upstairs - Queen Day Bed + Single Trundle Underneath and Queen Day Bed + Single Trundle Underneath (sleeps unto 6 in this room).

White House is a wonderful community on the North side of town and we have lovely neighbors all around us. This home offers peaceful tranquility and an opportunity to be away from the hustle and bustle of inner city Nashville and yet within a stones throw of hitting up the sight-seeing, touristy things we all love about Music City.

Please be aware that we do have immediate neighbors and actually share a driveway with our next door neighbor. Party's are not permitted and we do ask that you are conscientious of the noise level at the home so that we can maintain our peaceful surroundings.

Just a few minutes drive from exit 108 (White House Exit) off of Interstate 65, located North of Nashville.

The Pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Escaping the Storm

Home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommend staying here if you like staying in modern home with great beds and in an private quiet neighborhood. Just five minutes out of White House, TN. Close to shopping and great restaurants (Colorado Grill...).

Perfect place to stay

I don't want to rave too much about this property because I want it to still be available next year when we return. :-) But the property was wonderful, plenty of room and amenities. You get that Tennessee country feel and are still a short drive away from the city.

Great home away from home

It was a great place for our family of ten. Loved the pool and openness of the house. Drive in was picturesque and close to stores and Nashville was a quick Uber ride.
