Our keys to the room did not work at the beginning and the door was very difficult to open. When we checked in a couple checked in at the same time and the front desk gave them the same room number as us. We left the room and went out and when we came back the keys no longer worked. When we booked our room, we booked a king bed and when we had to check in, we got “double delux” to get the king bed we needed to pay to upgrade. The rooms were dirty, the mattress has very large brown stains, the restroom was dirty and I saw a cockroach in the restroom.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, there were roaches coming out the Sink in the first room and we had to go back for a replacement room and talk to a concierge that looked like he hated his life, I didn’t want to touch the shower or anything in the room the second rooms floor was sinking inwards had water damage and the floors were completely cracked as well. They didn’t even give me back my deposit at all the worst hotel ever

The room was definitely neglected. Somewhat dirty (I’ve actually seen worse) but bed linen was torn and half the lights in the room did not even work. Towels were old and stained and hair was even on them. I had to ask for linens the second day and the third day they didn’t bring anything or even attempt to clean the room. At least the roaches didn’t come out until the last day. But one of the worst room experiences I’ve had in a really long time. Not to mention my room was by the interstate and it was so loud it was hard to sleep. However, that was not their fault and was just what it was. Never staying there again and glad to be gone. Worst part of my California experience.

We tried two different rooms and both rooms had bugs. First room was on the third floor with ants and bug on the wall. Second room was on the second floor. Room looked good to start, then bug ran under the bed. Front office tried to give us another room on the first floor, but we checked out. The front office did apologize and we got our deposit back. Now waiting to see if Expedia works it out to refund our package for the hotel portion as we went to a different hotel.

Our vehicle broke down Sat night.We were car-less at 12 noon Sunday morning, we attempted an early check-in to refresh & store our luggage. But were denied. Reason being most guest Don't check out till after 12 noon and check-in was 3 PM. We we're forced to pack all of our luggage into our friend's car. And then travel up to Inglewood for a football game, changing into our clothes in the parking lot in Inglewood.

If you are looking for a motel 6 stay this is it. Otherwise I do not recommend staying here. The hotel had a strange odor from lobby to room. The room was dirty, dingy and the whole feel of the place was not one of safety. I am a single female, and I told staff I didn’t feel safe and the room is unclean and they refused to refund me. They did not check me out when I clearly stated I am not staying and returned the keys. I received a check out notification by email, despite my request. I paid for another hotel room elsewhere costing me two hotel stays. In short, horrible customer service, unsafe and unclean.
