Great 2 weeks pool , preserve
We had a great times. Only 1 pool open but it was really nice. Size of cabin was good. Refrig, toaster , coffee pot all good. We had some wasps but sprayed several times on porch got rid of some of them. Overall great time and would rent again.

Very disappointed to find that there were no pools open for the kids to enjoy and cool off, and the so called "river" that is not even swimable due to alligators. At the time of reserving, we were told there would be one pool open and the other would be closed due to covid, but that there was a river and it had a good flow, which I imagined it was a river to go toobing. They forgot to mention there was no swiming in the river and didnt even mention the alligators. There were "no swiming" signs posted and signs warning of the alligators posted thruout the area. For the amount of money that was paid, a family would definately had more fun elsewhere! Oh, and the tv is the house did not work...all weekend not even a working tv. Definately not a place to go if you are looking for summer fun! I tried calling to complain during my stay, but was only given a "houston #" where you leave a msg and no one called back.

Love The Preserve...we’ve been coming here for years as guests and property owners.
It was quite hard to get ahold of someone at first but Amanda in the sales office went above and beyond to help us check in and make us feel welcome. Hire more Amanda’s!
