Room was better than I expected. Turned out this room was for a handicapped person which worked out great since my wife fell down and her right femur this past September and is now just starting to walking again. We are originally from the Greenville Texas area and had to make an overnight trip to attend a Celebration of Life sermon from a friend of my old church. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the room, service and staff.

Mostly good stay. The TV and phone in our room did not work. One front desk staff thought the batteries in the remote were dead and asked me to come to the front to change them. I explained that the indicator light was working, so I didn’t think that was the issue. She replied, “Do you want me to change the batteries or not?” Fortunately, another staff member took over. She came to the room to troubleshoot but was unable to figure out how to fix it. It was late, so I said we would be fine. She assured me that she would notify the manager to provide us some accommodation.

The hotel appeared clean but the air freshener was overwhelming in the lobby, hallways, and room. And in our room, lingering with the air freshener, was a musky, wet dog scent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional.
