Stayed the night and paid for extra hours to stay until 4p.m. They stated if we checked out before 12pm we wouldn’t get charged. They did not state that if we got the additional hours that we could not get a refund of the $46.80 that we paid extra for extra time in room. They took out 100 dollars from the bank account and stated it was a hold, because of the safety deposit, however it was clearly a charge. We no longer wanted to use the room and asked for the money back in which they stated that they couldn’t refund the money. They do not state in the paper you sign that they will not refund you if you pay for extra hours. We checked out before 12 and still wouldn’t give the money back until we contacted the manager.

The Hotel is close fo so many stores and walking distance to the beach. That was my biggest happy place. Staff was super nice. just need to work on breakfast was very low budget.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. The problem is that they don't have staff to check on the swimming pool and jacuzzi area. Since guest are very rude and disrespectful; they do not respect the rules and the property doesn't do anything to control the situation
