Chico stay

The house was new, clean, and comfortable. The only issue was that the beds were not comfortable. The master's bed was an older box spring that squeaked with every movement and was unsupportive.

Nice clean newer home

I rented the house for out of town family to stay at since it was conveniently in our neighborhood. The house is fairly new and is nicely appointed. It has the basics of what is needed. The owner was responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy.
