Your designated community pool is located within 50 feet of your patio. When you get hungry, the condo has fantastic perks like a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. On the condo's own private patio, enjoy a view of the mountains while hosting BBQs with the private gas grill and dining alfresco. Your own haven of peace, the primary bedroom boasts expansive living quarters, a private TV, ample storage space, and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops. The other en suite bedroom is just as pleasant with its tropical color palette, private TV, high-quality linens, walk-in closet, and full bath, also with granite countertops. Additional creature comforts include central air-conditioning, a private washer and dryer, and internet access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
