"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Casa de los Suenos. Free paddle board, kayak, snorkel rentals. And service was great. I needed a doctor on a Sunday, and the hotel had one there on site to see me within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"We absolutely loved Hotel Belo. The staff was amazing, super friendly and always went above and beyond! Food was always so fresh and the property was super clean. Every day they prepared the pool area and cleaned all the common areas. Even getting on ladders and cleaning high up in the hard to reach places. My husband ended up with a migraine one evening and we had to order room service. I ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads but forgot to order one without tomatoes. My husband hates tomatoes. Yet when room service delivered the order they remembered our request from recently eating at the restaurant downstairs and put the tomatoes on the side! I was so surprised. It's really the little things and they definitely pay attention to those details to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Rooftop pool was surprisingly dead and we suggested they add loungers. It didn't happen during our stay. I'm sure there is a reason behind that but it definitely would have more inviting and we would have spent much more time there if they had. They used to have round bed loungers in the pool, which would have been perfect, but sadly they were no longer there. We had an issue on our 5th night with a group of loud young girls who checked in next door and were up until 2:30am. The next morning we asked if we could possibly move rooms as we are not night owls. The front desk staff immediately took action and offered us another room with a beach view. Overall SUPER impressed with Hotel Belo!! "

"It was a beautiful property, very clean,modern, beds were AMAZING.. It is a 110 room hotel with beautiful vies ,grounds,pools,spa..I loved that it wasn't a huge cookie cutter resort.. It was exactly hiw I pictured it would be amd more.. It was so peaceful, but you can have an awesome time with their amazing staff and activities... The food,omg authentic mexican and also upscale dining .I have to mention their names,the ones I can reme"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Artila - the property was absolutely stunning, all the bedrooms were extremely spacious and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was also great and had a really nice pool. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the main part of isla mujeres. Jose was also extremely accommodating. "

"Hubby and I stayed 4 nights at this location and loved it. Beautifully designed and comfortable condo. Great location. Loved the rooftop pool and the happy hour at the bar with the local musicans.We rented a golf cart from Memo and it was a wonderful way to toot around the island and go to restaurants.Would highly recomment this location and hope to return again in the near future!"
