Location, location, location!

Love the location. Such a short walk to the beach. Had a little problem with plumbing but was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Beds were comfortable. Decor could use a little improvement. Nothing fancy, even hanging the existing pictures in a more cohesive way would be a plus.
